(https://www.zendesk.com/company/contact-info) in their Oregon, USA database. *Depending on the reason for inquiry, additional information may be required, such as Game ID, game log, phone number, address, etc. *Received personal information for customer inquiry purposes is stored for 3 years. Information for payment-related inquiries, such as purchase cancellations, is stored for 5 years.
