To protect the integrity of our customer support agents, tickets containing abusive language, sexual harassment, personal violations, or threatening expressions may be disregarded. Repeated offenses may result in a player being banned for 7 days without prior warning.

Nimble Neuron collects only the necessary information needed to ensure better customer service. This information is used for answering customer inquiries and questions, or checking necessary records. If you do not agree to the collection and use of personal information, service may be limited or denied. Collected Personal Information: Email (Required), UID, Game Nickname Personal Information Overseas Transfer: For better customer service, Nimble Neuron utilizes overseas cloud storage. Personal information is only stored for use in customer service inquiries. Received personal information is synchronized in real time by Zendesk Inc. (https://www.zendesk.com/company/contact-info) in their Oregon, USA database. *Depending on the reason for inquiry, additional information may be required, such as Game ID, game log, phone number, address, etc. *Received personal information for customer inquiry purposes is stored for 3 years. Information for payment-related inquiries, such as purchase cancellations, is stored for 5 years.
