Purpose of the Terms
Nimble Neuron Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has established these Eternal Return Open API Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users of the service (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”) and other necessary matters regarding the use of the Open API service (hereinafter referred to as the “API Service” or the “Service”), which provides the API (hereinafter referred to as the “API”) of the online game Eternal Return (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) provided by the Company.
Agreement to the Terms
Users may use the Service if they agree to these Terms by accessing the Eternal Return Open API website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
If the User does not agree to these Terms or to the Privacy Policy, the User may not use the Website or the API Service provided through the Website.
Changes to the Terms
The Company may modify and update these Terms from time to time to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws.
When the Company revises the Terms, it will specify the effective date, the details of the revision, and the reasons for the revision, and will post the revised Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Revised Terms”) on the policy website (https://support.playeternalreturn.com/hc/en-us/sections/4407830580249-Policy) or on the Eternal Return Developer Discord at least 7 days prior to the effective date (30 days prior in case of changes unfavorable to Users), and for a considerable period after the effective date.
Users are obligated to check this page from time to time to confirm changes.
If the Company notifies that failure to express rejection will be deemed acceptance, and the User does not express rejection by the effective date and continues to use the Website and the Service, the User may be deemed to have agreed to the Revised Terms.
If the User does not agree to the application of the Revised Terms, the User may not use the API Service provided from the effective date of the Revised Terms.
Classification of Users

Individual Users
An Individual User refers to a person who uses the API Service for practice and research purposes, and may utilize the API Service for various purposes as long as it does not violate the User’s obligations and responsibilities. -
Corporate Users
A Corporate User refers to an individual or corporation that shares explicit use cases and other information with the Company to provide independent services, and may utilize the API Service for various purposes as long as it does not violate the User’s obligations and responsibilities.
User Obligations and Responsibilities
- Users must use the API Service for lawful and legitimate purposes and methods, and must not engage in the following acts (the prohibited acts are not limited to those listed below). Violation may result in warnings, requests for correction, or restrictions on API access.
- Submitting false information when applying or when changing information
- Stealing another person’s information (including personal or payment information)
- Impersonating Company employees, operators, or other related persons
- Changing information posted by the Company or using the Service in abnormal ways
- Transmitting or posting information prohibited by the Company (e.g., computer programs)
- Infringing, advocating, encouraging, condoning, or promoting the infringement of any rights, including intellectual property rights (such as trademarks or patents) of the Game, the Company, and/or any third party
- Damaging the reputation of the Company or any third party, or interfering with their business
- Using the API in applications that contribute to fraud, obscenity, illegal activities, or child exploitation
- Using the Website or the API Service in a way that is excessively sexual, racially discriminatory, political, violent, or disruptive to other Users
- Using the Service for gambling or other improper purposes
- Exploiting program bugs
- Using the API Service to express or imply political support
- Altering, modifying, or deleting Game content, services, or functions
- Using the Website or API Service in a way that disables, overloads, or damages it, or interferes with other Users’ use
- Attempting unauthorized access to, or damaging or interfering with, the servers providing the API Service
- Using the API for spyware, adware, or other malicious programs
- Attempting reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or direct access to the Game and/or API source code
- Using the API Service for commercial, business, or monetization purposes exceeding the scope permitted under these Terms and Conditions and the Monetization Policy.
- Identifying an individual or disclosing to a third party information obtained through the API Service in a way that makes identification possible
- Any other acts prohibited by related laws or inconsistent with good morals and generally accepted social norms
The Company bears no responsibility for any damage, loss, or cost arising from the User’s use of the API Service for purposes and methods not permitted by the Company or in violation of these Terms.
If such actions by the User infringe the rights of the Company and/or a third party or cause damage, the Company may take necessary legal action.
Monetization Policy
The Company permits individual users to engage in monetization activities through applications or websites that utilize this API Service; provided, however, that such permission is limited to cases where the individual user's annual gross revenue generated through the applicable application or website does not exceed KRW 20,000,000.
Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, these Terms and Conditions, and the provisions regarding user obligations and responsibilities in connection with their monetization activities.
If the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that a user’s monetization activities violate this Policy or applicable laws, or exceed the annual revenue threshold, the Company may restrict or terminate the user’s access to the API Service.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, including intellectual property rights, to all content (including information, software, text, displays, images, videos, audio, and designs) on the Website and API Service (hereinafter referred to as “Content”) belong to the Company, and Users must not infringe them.
Printing, copying, modifying, downloading, or storing the Content, or providing stored materials to others, constitutes a violation of these Terms, and the Company may restrict the violating User’s API Service access rights.
Use and Restrictions
To use the API Service, Users must apply for Service use and undergo an approval process by the Company, during which they may be asked to provide necessary registration information.
Users must accurately enter the information required for approval of the API Service. If the provided information is found to be false, API Service access may be restricted.
The Company reserves the right to withdraw or modify any services, information, data, or materials provided through the Website at any time without prior notice or consent.
The Company is not responsible for any inability to provide the API Service due to failure or other reasons.
The Company may, at its discretion, restrict a User’s API Service access in cases such as excessive traffic or attacks.
License Use and Restrictions
Users may not resell applications or websites created using the API Service, grant licenses, or charge fees for access to Game information through the Website.
If such activities are discovered, the User’s API Service access rights will be restricted in accordance with these Terms.
Disclaimer of Liability
The API Service provided by the Company is provided free of charge.
The API Service is provided to Users “as is” without any warranties, and the Company does not guarantee the following:
- Service continuity
- Data suitability and reliability
- Real-time data synchronization
- Freedom from malicious code or virus contamination
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the API Service unless caused by the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Collection of Information
The Company may collect and use log information, excluding personal information, to improve the API Service.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
The Company and Users shall make every effort to amicably resolve any disputes related to the Service.
However, if a lawsuit is filed, it shall follow the procedures prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Effective Date: These API Terms of Use shall take effect on May 28, 2026.
The previous API Terms of Use shall be replaced by these Terms.
