1. Event Details and Participation
- Participation in all events shall be considered as agreement upon our event policy.
- Event information, period, and conditions shall be listed on the official website event page.
- Event details can be changed or deleted without further notice according to situations.
- Event participation and prizes may be restricted depending on the laws of the participant’s country.
- Offline events will refer to their own rules.
2. Event Winning Conditions
- Players may receive the reward only once per account. A separate announcement will be made if multiple wins at the same event are allowed.
- Event rewards cannot be transferred or delivered to another individual.
- Winner selection processes and winning probabilities will be kept private and will be conducted fairly according to our terms and conditions.
- The winner will pay for the tax and public charges and will be notified through announcements or individual contact.

※ Users corresponding to the items will be excluded from the winners. Your win may be canceled if it is confirmed that you are disqualified.

3) If the winner refuses or does not clearly state their intention to receive the prize

5) If the winner is an interested party of the company

7) If the winner has a history of content and system abuse within 6 months
8) If the winner’s name does not match that of the recipient

- Participants agree that they take full responsibility including any injury or damage upon taking part in the event and loss related to prize delivery, damage, and usage.
- We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury caused by using the prizes provided from the event.
- All disputes related to the event or prize shall be resolved under Korean law.
- We are not responsible for any issues related to contacting participants caused by technical error.
- Copyright and portrait rights shall not be infringed. Participants take full responsibility for taking this act.
- Prizes may be changed to a different product of equal value without prior notice depending on circumstances.
- In-game items may have an expiry date and cannot be recovered when deleted. Items may be adjusted if necessary for game operation and in-game balance.
