Your password can only be changed in Steam, not in-game.
As shown below, if you click your nickname at the top of the Steam page, you will see a menu where you can change your account information.
In your account information, scroll down to the bottom and you'll see the Account Security menu!
This is where you can change your password!
Your password is a secure element of your personal account and should not be shared with anyone else.
